95 Civic Hatch Wiper Motor & Fuse Issue

95 Civic Hatch Wiper Motor & Fuse Issue
Hey Guys,
Got a weird issue hoping someone out there has had this and can help me. I've looked on here and the net and cant find a solution..
Ok my wiper switch didn't work so I checked the fuse for the wiper motor in fact it was blown I was like UHH HUH I got it got another fuse plugged it in and now the motor jus RUNS & RUNS & RUNS & RUNS & RUNS & RUNS & RUNS u get the point nothing I do stops it until I pull the FUSE WTFFFFFFFF !!!! can someone help with this ??????????

Pull out the handy dandy multimeter and set it to read continuity or Ohms.
And in the future, turn the key off before you remove or install the switch.

just do it manualy...
or get a friend to help.....
but in all seriousness, i had a problem similar to yours. the wire loom was shorting on the firewall where it goes to the motor. might wanna check there after your continuity checks.
