95 civic crank but wont start
so my 95 civic 1.6 that cranks all day but refuses to fire.i drove it home after work just fine, went to leave for work the next day, just kept cranking without firing up fuel pump is good, spark is good, the ICM was bad ( had it tested and replaced it) the distributor is on the right way (tried flipping it either way), replaced the fuel filter, it has a strong spark and fuel in the cylinders, ive searched the forums up and down and i cant figure it out. im about ready to just scrap it because i dont think its worth it to have it towed to a shop and diagnosed. any ideas??

You are certain the spark plug wires are in correct firing order?
take the valve cover off and check the timing. See if everything is in time and that the timing belt has not jump a tooth.
