Default 95 civic d16y8, not getting spark

Hey guys I got a 95 civic with a d16y8. Sat for one day now it doesn't start. It cranks but won't turn over. Has new starter, battery, plugs, wires, cap and rotor and fuel filter. No cel, fuel pump primes. Tested icm at work and it passed. I'm getting spark at coil but not at the plugs. Fuses all good and mechanical timing is good, no snapped timing belt or skipped tooth. I can also smell fuel after trying to start it. I don't know what to do now, plz help.

Wrong terms.
Cranks means it spins.
Won't start means its spinning but not firing up and running.
Won't crank means its not spinning the motor.

Now on to the problem.
Since you got fuel but no spark at the plug then your wires are probably bad.
Retest the igniter and make sure it's ohm out right. Low spark sometimes won't make it from the dizzy to the spark plug.

And I believe new igntinors are like $35 at autozone. Online $10

Agree^

But first have you used a HEI tester or a basic spark plug tester ? im not a fan of part store brands i'd stay OEM Honda for ign components.

Sorry guys forgot to mention I changed the icm and coil before but returned them since I still didnt get spark at the plugs. Wires are brand new. You guys think they came defective out the box?

Could be the dizzy. It has the cam/crank sensor in it.
Got another one you could try?
