Jump the unplugged fan switch connector. Turn key to ON(II). Does fan run?

fan turns on when i jump it to the battery. Im guessing that the coolant isn't flowing correctly.

Your answer is nice, but it's doesn't address my question.

Oh, I get it. You ask questions and also answer them.

Test the fuse and relay.

Voltage test both fan fuses. I assume you know which fuses to test as you have already concluded they're good.

Test whether both sides of the relay get voltage.

Test whether voltage reaches the Yel/Grn wire terminal of the fan switch connector.

Post the results.

Okay the relay relay is reading 11.38-11.40. But the connector doesn't read anything. Not the fan sensor, but the side that it connects into.

2 of the 4 terminals in the relay socket of the hood fuse box should have battery voltage with the key in ON(II). Apparently only one does?

Which 2 fuses have you tested for voltage? Click the Test Fuses link in my signature.

Does the connector for fan switch get voltage on the wire I mentioned?

Okay when i tested the connector I didn't get a reading at all? The left side of the relay is the side that doesn't read. the right side does. The wires you mentioned are they in the bigger sized connector that's shown in the diagram? or are you talking about the connector that plugs into the fan?

Was the key in ON(II) for this^ voltage test? If so, one of the two fan relay fuses may be blown.

A relay is just a switch that generally (not always) uses two power sources via two fuses, in this case dash fuse 13 and hood fuse 33.
