94 LS Motor Question!!!!!!

Default 94 LS Motor Question!!!!!!

i have 2 question for someone to answer....i was wanting to change my tranny out to a b16 tranny...what year will i need?...or it doesnt matter.....
also if i was throwing my ls motor into a 95 coupe...will it jus fit right in?....i'll appreciate it if someone answer these two question...

You'd need to use a '94-'01 Integra transmission, Del Sol VTEC (with the B16A3) transmission, a '99-'00 Civic Si transmission, or a JDM '92-'00 B16A transmission. The earlier year Integras ('93 and older) had cable transmissions, where the later ones have hydraulic transmissions. Being that your '95 Civic has a hydraulic transmission from the factory, you will want to stick with one of those, and go with one for the transmissions from one of the cars I've listed.

For the B18B into the Civic you need these parts: B-series driver's side mount & bracket, B-series rear mount bracket, B-series axles & shiftlinkage. All your other stock Civic mounts will work.

so wat ur're tryin to say is that i can use a 99-00 si tranny or b16a3 tranny?....also i have my ls motor in my hatch rite now...can i jus swap everything over?...

yeah you can use both of those trannys and yes you can just swap everything over.

will i need the conversion mount for the tranny?...will the tranny bolt rite on or will i need to modify it?

Just use the tranny mount off of your Ls.
