Default 94-2000 'teg sway bars an upgrade for EG's?

just wondering if the integra front sway bar would be an upgraded front sway bar over the stock EX bar?

also - what are the best strut bars?

thanks

I believe the Integra has a larger front sway bar than the Civics. I'd recommend using a Civic one over an Integra one because the Integra will create more push (understeer) than the Civic bar.

so staying with factory upfront will be best? or would it be in my best interest to go for an aftermarket civic upgrade bar?

I'd spend the money on a larger rear sway bar before a front bar.

I just put a GSr sway bar on my 97', and it fits fine except that it hangs a little lower than stock. other than that i have no problems w/ it.

the stock front bar is big enough,
unless you already have a gigantor rear bar on there or something..

you're just asking for understeer if you upgrade the front one.

ex/si's have no rear and a 21mm front

tegs are like a 23mm front i think(guess on the exact mm but it is bigger) and a 13 or 14mm rear.

Yes, the 92-95 EX sedans have front/rear sway bars.

looking at the type r rear bar - comes with reinforcements for the subframe - any other bars come with this kit, maybe a little cheaper?

those things have torn out more subframes than probly any other bar out there.

or did you mean the beaks/ITR bar kit you can buy off their site?

i would not replace the front unless you are going to upgrade to like a beeks setup for the front , but i would deff. upgrade the rear to like an itr rear or gsr rear ,

i have a dx which comes with niether , and put the itr front and rer on my car , using max performance billet rear lca's and integra ls lca's in the front and i can corner a 70 degree turn at 110mph and i get no under steer or body roll!

no I'm not joking and yes I was refering to Beaks - that's what I was talking about when I said "reinforcements" for the subframe . . . we're talking about not upgrading the front stock bar because of understeer - but should I if I'm going with the itr rear. . . ?

well dont run NO front bar,
but the 21mm front is pretty good imo, htats wut ive got.

i'd say, if you have the stock bar, just get the rear you want,
then if you feel you NEED more in the front, get more!

Yes! - rear from the Teg is 22 or 24 mm and the from is a 22, 24 or 25mm - make sure to get the SRK from beaks for the rear.
