I have a 1993 Honda Civic Hatchback and I need sport suspension and lowering springs to go on it. What would be the best or something descent?

this has been covered..but your question is vague. what are you doing with the car? Lowering springs meant for the street are generally comfortable. It's your preference on what kind of drop you want. Use high performance shocks meant for lowering so you dont bottom out and blow your OEMs.

What kinda usage are you going to get from them?
Drag?
Track?
Weekend Warrior?
Daily Driving?
A combo of the above?

H-T Bandwagon says you should get Koni's and Ground control coilovers.
Because everyone has $800 for shocks/springs.

On my '93 EX Coupe, I want to retain kidney function so I do not plan on changing ride height. Suspension travel is a very good thing.
About all I plan on doing is adding a rear sway bar. This ain't a racer (My CSP 1st Gen CRX is the family race car) so the OEM-style suspension works fine.
Strut braces make sense, I saw an underbody brace on eBay that looked interesting.
Porterfield street pads, a set of aluminum drums for the rear and some better breathing through the head is all we need to make a grocery-getter much more interesting to drive.
