Default 93 Civic D16Z6 low idle

Ok I'm having a weird low idle problem and the weird part is it is only doing it during the day once it reaches operating temperature and idles fine during the night hours. When I first crank it up it revs to about 1.5k then drops back down to about 800-750, then when it gets to operating temp the first stop sign or stop light I stop at it drops down to about 400 and kind of fluctuates to about 450. Its really weird I have taken it to six different shops and none of them can figure out what is wrong with it. Here is the list of things already done, fuel pump, pump relay, fuel filter, alternator, distributor, spark plugs, wires, IACV, FITV, cleaned the throttle body and intake, and brand new pcv valve. Only thing I have not changed yet is the fuel pressure regulator and map sensor. Oh and the injectors are squirting and no CEL. Anyone have a clue or some insight?

Sounds just like my issue, except a new set of wires and a fuel filter change helped me.
Has this only started recently?
Watery/dirty gas can do this too, another issue I had as well.

Check out all your vacuums as well.
Is this doing it with A/C on/off?
Also is this only when you apply the brakes? If so your brake booster might be going to **** or something else related to it.

well if the vacuum hoses were off or cracked or improper the idle would always be high as in 1400+rpms constant regardless of coolant temp.

it may just need a little adjustment of the idle screw.

Yeah it only does it when the ac is off I have adjusted the idle several times now and it drops back down. Cleaned the throttle body and the adjusting screw and no luck. It's been doing this for about 6-8 months now. No vacuum leaks of any kind. I'm going to deadpan the lines to see if they could just have some serious build up in them. Only thing left to check is the ecm and I'm praying that isn't it.

If I remember and correct me if I am wrong but even when you adjust the idle screw you have to put the jumper wire on so the ecu won't keep trying to correct the idle while you are adjusting the screw.
