93 Civic D15B
I have a D15B and it rotates but will not start what could be the problem for that?
I turned over 2 times and then stopped when i swapped it out.

You havent given much info... fuel? spark? Is it turning over twice, then not cranking? It soounds like thats how you're describing it...
