holy run-on-sentence, batman
Edit that.
Put some periods in there, some capital letters, spacing...
Im not going to try and read it to help you otherwise.
I skimmed and saw that you keep upping the amperage of the fuse.... DO NOT DO THAT!
Great way to start a fire.......
You have a short. Find it. Fix it. ONLY use the same size fuse that was in there before.

Again, use some punctuation, capital letters...
You may have burned the wiring using the larger fuses. Do you understand how a fuse works? If so, you should be able to understand how the wiring was burned......
You need to find out where the wires are shorting out - it will be a big pain. From the sound of it, I suggest you stop anything, before you damage more stuff, and take it to a shop that specializes in electrical.
