Ok, long story short, I pulled a JDM B16A out of my 92 SI, ran great, never had any problems. Installed a 94 B18b1, hooked everything up, fired it up and got a code 9. Ok, I can deal with that, then it died and wont restart, just crank, crank, crank. The fuel pump is not coming on with the key, I jumped the main relay harness and the fuel pump comes on that way. I swapped out the main realy with a known good relay and still no fuel pump or start. Could all of this be tracked back to the code 9, which has now gone to a no start issue? Thanks guys, I am out of ideas.
