I got a problem with a 92 civic si. when I turn on the key, the fuel pump doesn't turn on and the car won't start. sometimes if i leave the key on for a while the pump kicks on and it starts, would run, then when shut off it won't start again. I replaced the fuel pump but that didn't help. this happened when I swapped the old motor for a newer one with less miles. anybody got any ideas?

sounds like main relay,but it'd be weird if it happened to do it right when you swapped the motors.
