Default 5g B18b please help

K look I was going to get a b18c1 but I got an awesome deal on a b18b today and I heard it run. He wants $800 and he will pull it out. Plus for $300 more he is throwing in sway bars and brakes conversion for front and back and mc and pv. Its a integra automatic, so I guess I still need to find a transmission and shift linkage right? He needs a part list of everything to pull out for the swap. Please give me a very informative list of parts I need for him to pull out to put in civic.
How much is the tranmission and shiftlinkage going to set me back because I need to buy seperate?
the engine is from a 95 integra b18b automatic
Part list I need:
Motor b18b
ecu
alternator
wiring harness
axles
p/s a/c

what else do I need?
please quick response
this engine might be gone if I dont hurry.

If you're using this motor with manual transmission, you'd need ECU from a manual transmission car.

how many miles on it? 800 for just an engine? sounds kina pricy man. for 1100 you can get the whole swap. including ecu, axles, shift linkage, and tranny. i would reconsider and go back to your first choice....b18c1.

yeah im starting to think that too...it sucks though you know I'm really pissed I just found out ecu wont work need shift linkage need axles, need transmission so I'm going to say F*ck it and just get the suspension parts and then I'll go from there. oh well it looked like a good deal till found out it was automatic. Thanks for all the quick response guys.

I bought a shortblock B18B for $500 at a local junkyard. You should be able to find one around this price at a junyard too.

hm...i haven't looked but i'm sure its pretty pricey. i would just order from a website. some websites make deals w/ junk yards to have the engine pulled out before it even gets to the yard. but i dunno..maybe you'll be lucky and find one. good luck. . the best junk yard to go would be the one in south west philly.

Dude you rock so much you have been a really great help. Thanks. I'll let you know how things go when I call tomorrow. I probably wont find one but I just got to try before I throw $3600 with shipping for a b18c. I know thats not a bad price...but I'm trying to build it up right since i got hell for the turbo thing and I dont want to blow engine I'm just getting a little impatient. But thanks again for all the help.

KRAZEN...what junk yard are you referring to in south west philly? Do you know the name of the junk yard, so that i can give them a call myself? I'm interested in swapping too. By the way we should hook up...not on some fruitty stuff of course.
