2000 civic si trans install
Is there some secret to getting it back in? Been out there three hours now and cant seem to get it back in place. the sub frame is getting in the way. Is there something I should remove to help it back in even through it came out easy? Thanks

Are you talking about lining the input shaft into the clutch assembly? Did you replace the clutch? If so did you use the alignment tool?

No, the axle half shaft or whatever its called right behind the block. I did the clutch install about 8000 miles ago and my release bearing took a dump. So all I needed to do was swap out bearings and reinstall, but now getting the tranny back in is giving me issues.Its like there isnt enough room for it anymore to get the halfshaft back into the tranny without it hitting the subframe.
