Default 99 Civic - cranks but won't start, no spark, fuel relay clicks

Hi im new to this. well i have a 99 Honda civic ex with a b16a obd1 with a p28 ecu in it. the problem is that my car isn't starting it cranks but it isn't getting any spark and my fuel relay makes a clicking noise while the key is on. the funny thing is that MY distributor/fuel relay works perfectly in my friends car. what could it be???

I had the same problem with my 98. I found a video on youtube from Eric the car guy on how to test the coil and igniter. My coil was bad. It is very easy to test if you watch the video. The problem is that it wont ell you why the coil went out. After 3 different coils blew out and a lot of research I found out that my cheap plug wires would not push all the way on to the cap. I went to a dealership and got new plugs, wires, cap and rotor for $80 and grabbed a few more coils from the junkyard and have not had any problems since. The coils that burnt up would only last about 5 min. and after the putting in the factory tune up kit I have been driving it for about 500 miles and it every got rid of a low rpm stumble that I had since I built the motor and gas mileage went up. The old plugs and wires only had 3,000 miles on them. Long story short buy honda parts when ever possibly in this case it make a huge difference. Here is a link to the vid hope it helps.
