2000 civic Si horn is crazy?! Non stop!?
Well I went and bought my 2nd em1 and of course I loved it as much as my 1st one. Well my first had no horn at all so I said oh we'll. Now I went and got the 2nd one and it did! Well I got her home and looked at it and I pushed the horn button but nothing happened so I checked the fuses and they were perfect then I took the bumper off and checked the horn out. Turns out it was just unplugged. So I said okay an plugged it back in. And as soon as I did it honked non stop. Scaring the **** out of me. I know it's just a horn and not a big deal but id like to have one so any ideas?

lol, yea, you're grounded out somewhere. Time to get out the multimeter and start checking for continuity to body ground along the wire(s). If you have a shop manual, the wiring diagrams contained within will help a lot in isolating where it's grounded (under dash, engine bay, etc.) Like previously mentioned, check contacts in the steering wheel first, though, since it's easy and a likely source of grounding. If that checks out, then start looking for an open in the wires leading from the horn itself. Happy hunting!
