Horn Stopped Working

Horn Stopped Working
Hello! I have a 1994 Honda Civic LX. I bought it back in May and the horn was never that great. Sometimes the horn would go off when the button is pressed and sometimes not. The other day I was merging into traffic and someone cut me off so I pressed the horn button. It beeped and then cut out while I was still pressing the button and hasn't worked at all since. I'm not very good with cars at ALL. My dad and brother and mechanics so they'll help me, I'm just wondering what the problem is and how to fix it.
No mods, original steering wheel.

Re: Horn Stopped Working
If you want to test if the horn still works or died, unplug the 2-wire electrical connector to the horn. Then using a spare piece of jumper wire (like speaker wire), put one end of the jumper wire into the cavity of the connector where the Blu/Red wire is. Plug the connector with the jumper wire back into the horn. Then touch the other end of the jumper wire to body ground (metal) or the negative battery terminal. The horn will sound if it is okay.
Blu/Red is a wire with blue colored insulation and a red stripe running through it. This is the ground wire.
The horn suppose to always receive power/voltage (+) at all times from Under-hood Fuse No. 42 (20A) via the Wht/Grn wire. It just needs the ground (-) source to make the horn sound, which is controlled by the horn switches.

Re: Horn Stopped Working
The click you're hearing is probably from the horn relay; so, the issue is probably not the horn switches and steering wheel area. Also horn relay may be good due to click.
