MLC8608

Hey ya'll,

My AC Condenser makes a sqeaking noise when is running, It blows strong, just not cold air. I also have a tube up next to the battery against the back wall of the engine compartment that seems to have corroded and is no longer attached.

I also would like to know where to add freeon to my engine, I've looked for a diagram or something online and can't find anything.

Any help you all may be able to offer would be greatly appreciated, if you can provide pictures in your response it would be incredibly helpful...

i think its your compressor that is making noise, not your condensor, and if im not mistraken about which line your reffering to then that is an a/c line that has corroded and detached, which would be the reason for your compressor squealing because it has little or no fluid.

if in the blue circle is where the lines are that you are reffering to, which is behind the battery, then you will more than likely need to replace those lines, and your compressor, receiver/drier, expansion valve and that is going to cost a lot of money. I would suggest not using your a/c anymore as it most likely doesnt work right.

hope it's low cause most squeaks turn out to be bad compressor
