1997 Honda Civic Power Window Sticking
The passenger side driver window works fine in warm weather. However when the
temp drops below 72F it gets very sluggish and does not open fully.
What could be the problem? Any suggestions.
One mechanic told me it is happening because I do not use the window often. is his diagnosis true?

Just lube the track with some silicone lube and it should help a lot. If not maybe your motors going out.
