Horrible post...either way when you do post, include more details.
The cost has alot to do with things.
Miles since rebuild, if ever rebuilt, original miles on each, condition of body, interior, how well the engine was taken care of.
It's all your opinion though not ours. I would never buy anything newer than a 6th gen...that's just me.

This guy is all over the place. Supposedly, as of yesterday, he is buying a car tomorrow and is looking for shops that can do an H22 swap. He's already double posted this about boosting an engine for a car he doesn't even have yet but is supposed to be buying tomorrow. Then another thread he's talking about rebuilding a Y7. Last year he was talking about buying a 4 door shell to build. Then it was his uncles LS that he was buying. And you should read THIS thread about his D15b7Y8 with a s40 tranny.

Maybe if there was real technical question in there somewhere...

You've been on this forum for nearly 2 years now (and you were 17 back then). You're hardly "new" any more. You should have learned SOMEthing about Hondas by now. Like how to read FAQs and forums rules. And my favorite one, the SEARCH function.
But what does that have to do with you spamming the forums about a car you don't even have yet?

Well you asked like 6 different questions in your title and post...all conflicting.
Nobody has any idea WTF your real question is...or what you're trying to accomplish. It seems like you're trying to buy 5 different cars, boost a couple more, find new engines for some, and have no idea where to start and haven't researched anything.
Your posts are all over the place.
Organize a plan first, look over the options for your budget, find whats available in your area, make a power goal DO SOME RESEARCH...and come back with clear and concise questions about specific things you need help with.
