Car: 1996 Civic w/ aftermarket deck

Deck is still working but it dies from time to time, Check all fuses already, Could it be the deck harness? What else should i check?

Are the wires cut and spliced or is there an aftermarket harness installed? In either case you will probably need to pull the head unit and check all your connections.

you could be grounding out somewhere, thats what happened to me, just check if your wires are showing and touching any metal

well i just check all the connections and notice that the all black wire from the harness (not the deck harness the harness from the deck to the inside cabin) isnt connected to anything, can i just splice it to another all black (negative) wire?
