RANDOM STEREOOO..
96 hatch, brand new head unit..works great for a week, no sound..punched the dash..worked for another week..no sound again..knockin the dash out didnt work after that..2 good head units later no sound..speakers are good..any infamous problems with this??? thanks

sounds like a bad connection at the pins or something check ground wires check the speaker wires for anything that may be loose or cut or sliced ETC.

exactly. check your wiring harness. also, check a loose fuse in the back if there is one.
