ive got a 00 civic si. I swapped a jdm b18c1 into it and ive been having a lot of problems getting it to run rite. ive changed the main relay twice, changed the coil, ignition module and even the distributor. ive checked my grounds and everything. ive driven it a couple times and only once did it run good. any help is appreciated.... thanks

Can't diagnose if we don't have symptoms/behavior. What's it doing?

sorry... kinda new to this. but the car will start sometimes and then sometimes it will just turn over but wont start. ive got spark sometimes and then the spark just goes away. when it does run it kinda misses a little bit at first and then it gets worse and worse until the car just dies. ive double and triple checked my firing order and its right

Is there a check engine light? That would be really helpful to know.

My brain is hurting trying to understand this. And the CEL doesn't send voltage to the Map sensor.

CEL sometimes but all it says is vss(vehicle speed sensor)... but after everytime i do the CEL diagnostic my car wont start cuz i got no spark. its got a new vss and new connection, and i already checked all my wiring. so when the car does start its totally random and it kinda misses and bogs out. so i dont kno y it wont start sometimes or y it runs crappy.

You said you already checked your grounds.....

But yes, make sure all of the grounds are PERFECT.

Why were you changing the main relay?

Have you verified the car is getting fuel? Can you hear the fuel pump prime?

Have you verified the car is getting spark?

Sounds like a dieing ignition coil. Do you have an automotive manual that shows you how to test out your ignition system? You will need a digital multi-meter to measure resistance, but it is not hard.
