1995 Honda Civic DX 1.5 Manual Transmission STARTING PROBLEM [NoFUEL/NoSPARK]
hey i have a 1995 Honda Civic DX manual 5 speed
2 main problems!
-NO FUEL
-NO SPARK
For FUEL PROBLEM what i have done so far
================================
-I have replaced new fuel pump in the car but nothing, so i hotwired the the fuelpump to battery to see if it works and it sure did kick on by doing that....
-Changed Main RELAY under driver dash BROWN in color Still nothing....
-Did a continuity test from the pump all the way to the relay NO SHORTAGE in wires
-CAR CRANKS OVER TOO just No Fuel
SPRAYED Starting Fluid into Throttlebody (Still Nothing)
For SPARK PROBLEM what i have done so far
==================================
- I have replaced new Ignition Module
-I have replaced new Ignition COIL
-I have replaced everything inside of a distributor
NO LUCK
-Checked the Starter Ground Cable
CAR DOES CRANK!!! BUT NO SPARK!
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
WHAT I THOUGHT BEST TO DO AFTER ALL THIS
CHANGED OUT THE ECM!!!!
Still NOTHING!!!
===============================================
Now im guessing its the Ignition itself which is making it not give fuel out and spark?
its a weird idea but i ran out of all the things i could of done and slowly but surely am running out of patience and money im dumpin into this turd!
PLEASE HELP?????????

Check fuses 31 (hood), 24, and 18.
Check whether the G101 ground on the thermostat housing is disconnected, loose, or corroded.

When you turn the key to ON(II), does the CEL remain lit or turn off after 2 seconds? Do the other dash warning lights turn on?
Do those three installed fuses have battery voltage on both top test tabs?

This tells you that the ignition switch is probably fine.
I assume that when you jump the service connector to pull the code, the CEL still remains on steady rather than blinking the code, right? If so, you have CEL code 0. Here's how to troubleshoot:
1) Double check 15A hood fuse 31.
2) Follow diagrams below. The ACG fuse is dash fuse 24.
