Is it the original gauge cluster for the car? I know in my del sol it looked a little off because I have a Del Sol Si that was stock with a D16 but I swapped to a B16 and a cluster face that has the higher red line and mph so when the D16 was in the car it seemed like I was going 2-4 mph faster than I was. The ECU is programmed for a certain cluster so if that is not what is in the car that could be what is off.
