1994 dx pulsing lights?

When I let my 94 dx coupe idle the lights slowly pulse. My gauge lights, dome light, headlights and tailights all do it. I was thinking it would be my voltage regulator? Any ideas?

Get your alternator AND battery checked.

try adding another grounding wire...i had an old truck that fix worked on
