My interior and exterior lights pulsate on my 98 Honda Civic DX with 206K miles. I took it to AutoZone last night and attached are the results of the diagnosis. The belts & battery are new 2014 when I bought the car. Any more help would be greatly appreciated thanks. plus I have been driving this car for a while. I am stumped as if it is a ground or the alt. This happened in November 3rd still the lights were pulsating. would that cause this to happen? after approximately 10-20 minutes of letting the car sit. It started right up.

in this one the parking lights are doing it right as I left work. Then as you can see it just all of the sudden stops. but now it's getting worse and the problem persists and is also starting to effect my engines performance meaning it feels like it is missing. https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v...20118739167455

Update I Had my alternator pulled and tested and that is what was the problem. I Will be repairing it soon.
