NGK plugs (cheaper at autozone vs dealer)

NGK wires are fine.

Cap and rotor, go with OEM Honda. Just search around online at places like hondapartsnow.com or majestic honda (google it) and get the best price.

Update: I bought a engine out of an 2000 Acura EL and things are looking good. We do not use the cat so I cut it out, how important are the o2 sensors both front and back?
For those are just reading this post, this is a Pure Stock Race car, I race it on 1/3 mile asphalt ovals so speed is most important.

you can't use an obd1 ecu for tuning capabilities?

No idea, this is all new to me. My main concern is will I get everything out of the car without the 2 exhaust censors and will it go in limp mode?

PS We are not allowed to touch the ecu, rules.
