00 EX Greddy Turbo install
OK, I have purchased all the parts, need some info on the install, here's the ?'s...
1. Does someone have pics of vacuum lines from BOV and boost gauge?
2. Air tempurature sensor...what do you do with it?
3. I picked up an oil pressure gauge, where do you hook up the sender unit? (has 1/4" NPT fitting)
Anything special I should know??

1. There should be a line running from your fuel pressure regulator to your intake manifold, splice into this with two " T " fittings, one for your boost gauge and one for your BOV.
2. I dont know. Leave it alone?
3. You should have oil lines with the kit. The oil feed line with have a fitting that screws into the back of your block (above the oil filter). The fitting will also have 2 outlets (1/4") where you can then hook in your line for the oil pressure gauge.
Hope this helps.

Re: 00 EX Greddy Turbo install (vsm98civic)
It's really simple. T tap the BOV into the brake booster line and T tap the boost gauge into the FPR vacuum line. You can also see my IAT sensor plugged into the coupler on the throttle body. When I bought the piping and couplers (used) a hole was already there for it. I thought it would create a boost leak, but decided to try it anyway and it has worked perfect ever since.

how much does a turbo kit cost? Because it seems kinda dumb to me to turbo a motor that only makes 130hp or w/e. Not trying to flame, just getting the other point of view.

Dead on.
Here is a picture of my setup if it helps you with the bov and FPR. For the boost gauge I just tapped into where my cruise is as it hides the line since it's "behind" the motor.
and another:

Stock WHP on a d16y8 is around 100hp and 80wtq. On the greddy kit on ~8psi I am up to 180whp and roughly 180wtq. 80 WHEEL horsepower gain and almost 100 WHEEL torque, for the money...can't beat it. NTM a roughly 200whp car is fun to drive and honestly I wonder why the car didn't come with that to begin with.
Bottom line: boost =fun and reliable if done right
