Default 00 Civic EX: Running light

Hello, today i was checking interior fuses and found description which fuse is which and discovered "(Running light)" labels. Places for this fuses were empty (seems to be optional thing).

Since my car made for USA and there's no requirement for Daytime Running Lights, it doesnt have them.

But after discovering what actually is this "running light", i started wondering if i can enable them.

So,may i do this just by inserting appropriate fuses in or it doesn't stop on fuses only?

Thank you!

You need to retrofit the wiring and the relay + resistor for daytime running lights if you want them. It's a bit of work but not that hard; I've done it. I expect it's more effort than you're willing to expend, however.
