Nice How-to

Just removed my distributor because I snapped 2 of the 3 screws on the cap about an hour ago

the dizzy can be 180 degrees off if you turn it by accident. Make sure when taking it off you dont spin the rotor/thing that attaches the cam the to dizzy. When i was installing my cam i did that and couldnt figure out for the life of me why it wouldnt start...

Are you referring to the piece on the back of the dizzy that has the oil on it?

I sure hope they (people who are fixing my screw up) do not rotate that piece

How do you figure out the correct setting if it's turned?

lol put it on and if the car runs your good to go, but if it doesnt start the timing is 180 degrees off so just take it off and turn it 180 and slap it back on, since there are only 2 different ways it can go on you have a 50 50 chance of getting it right lol

My stepdad works on heavy equipment, a 33mm hydralic o-ring will work, I have used one with no problems.

Not sure how much this will help...

These are from the 1996-1998 US Civic service manual. Not sure if they're the same for all '92-'00 D-series or what.
