distributor replace

I am going to be installing a new distributor but want to know if any one has any suggestions before trying to do this.

you will need to check and adjust ignition timing...

advancing or retarding the distributor isnt going to hurt anything if you are really concerned make a mark on the bolt locations on the block to mark where the new distributor should line up.

pilotondubs..... i already advanced my timing on the timing belt... is that gonna change anything?
