Is your exhaust different? Aftermarket? I have never had a problem hitting the o2 sensor ever.

You could use 94-01 Integra, 92-00 Civic. For this car we used 96-00 Civic pedals.

You need to tell me what car and what engine and what ecu your using for me to help you. Right now all i could suggest is looking at the first page for info.

Re: (h22honda89)
Your using a manual or auto ecu? If manual you need to do the IACV conversion that i have on the front page, if your running auto ecu then you need a 3Wire IAC.

Dont know, could be anything. Check for small small vac. leaks and air in the coolant. You still have everything goign to the motor stock right?

Re: (Luserkid)
Just did the swap and It was pretty easy just a bunch of bolts that take a while. Cutting the underneath of the car was IMO the hardest part or getting the clutch and flywheel to align up right. Took me the better part of two days and still going because I obtained a bad starter and I obtained the wrong tranny mount, Im not to sure on how long I have to bleed my clutch for but I have back pressure but not alot like my friends does. He said I need to drive my car to see where its at and then come back and rebleed it a few more times. Any suggestions? (ohh BTW on a 97 ej8 EX your linkage will hit ur secondary o2 sensor, I just took a hammer to it since I didnt have the time to take it out.) ill deal with the CEL untill I get a new cat

Re: (duheeat)
Can you guys that are having problems hitting the 2nd o2 sensor take a picture? I have never had this problem.
As for the clutch you keep bleeding until you see no air bubbles. What i do is open the valve with a hose on it, have someone pump until it has very little to no fluid in the reservoir, close then fill up again. Do this until theres no more bubbles coming out of the line. When finished pump a few times to see the pressure. If it doesnt feel right you may need to adjust the rod for the MC.

yeah mine didnt hit the o2 either, but it was close. As for bleeding the MC, if you bought a used MC, it could be that it was bad. I bought a used one for my conversion that turned out to be bad. There should be a lot of force on the fluid coming out of the bleeder hose when you depress the pedal. If its just kinda a constant trickle then replace the MC.

Na when I was bleedin the line it would shoot out pretty far. Fast enough that when it came out it hit my hand and splattered into my face lolol. I doubt the MC is bad, maybe I just need to bleed it some more. Im going to try and open the bleeder and poor a bunch of fluid though, the close the bleeder and then bleed the line again untill I feel its right.
Another problem I ran into today was my old starter was bad so I got a new starter at auto zone, hooked it up grounded the tranny and when I went to start the car, it sounded like the starter was weak. Im going to try tomorrow grounding the tranny some more and see if that helps, I also need to get a new dizzy now bc when I was taking off the auto tranny I broke one of the holes for the plug wires to go into on the cap and when I was trying to start my car is sounded like something was clicking inside. Another thing is was my gf was in the car trying to start it and she said she saw smoke comming from under the steering wheel area. Any ideas? Im thinking a fuse blew? Ugh I need help, I need my car like tomorrow for work!
