hello to all forum readers. i was driving my ls hatch the other day and i accelerated to about 50 and then this knocking sound came from what sounded like my right passenger side wheel (or somewhere around that general area). it does it everytime i drive the car now. im not sure what is making it knock theres nothing leaking or anything and it only does it when i accelerate...PLEASE HELP!

yeah check your lug nuts, also check your wheel bearing, jack your right side up from the front jack point and wiggle your tire with hand on the top (12 o'clock) and one hand on the bottom of the wheel (6 o'clock) there should be no play.. if there is, turn your wheel all the way to the left (or right, whichever allows you to see behind the wheel easiest) and look behind the wheel to see if your ball joints are okay.. check those by wiggling the tire like how i explained and looking to see if anything is lose

If you took the little screws out of your rotors when doing brakes on the car, sometimes the rotor can move enough to either loose the lug nuts or create indents for the lugs to sink into in the wheel (this would be if you have softer aluminum wheels, eg. Rota)
So if you've removed the screws, reinstall them, retorque the lug nuts and you'll have no more noise.

he means that by the fact that he was messing with his brakes/rotors and may have taken the screw off for some reason i'm guessing..
but anyway, im in for an update, have you tested for your wheel bearing or ball joints like i told ya?
