**HELP** need help hooking up intake manifold. PICS
I put this GSR motor in my EG and need help hooking up the lines.
Any idea where this line goes? comes off the canister. and is the line i highlighted red hooked up correctly?
where does this line go? comes right off the bottom of the throttle body
where does this coolant line hook up to? i was thinking it needs to be twisted the other way and hooked the the solid line behind the block...
where do i hook these vacuum lines to? i only see the one nipple on the back on the intake manifold.
i would really appreciate any help with this. this is my first swap. thanks!

holy ****, that manifold sits real close to the prop valve...make sure your motor mounts are good and all the torquemounts are in. other then that...

yeah...i second these questions.
well, at least one of them.
with the amount of swapped cars in here it seems this would be pretty easy to answer..
come on honda tech!.......

First pic, highlighted line is right... the posted vacuum diagram doesn't have the purge solenoid mounted on the IM like yours is...
The line coming off the bottom of the throttle body goes to where the upper radiator hose connects to the block... there should be a barb w/a 90degree... near/under vtec solenoid...
the larger line goes to the hard connecting line between the waterpump and the thermostat (right next to the block at headgasket level)

It looks like you're missing your vacuum canister and IAB solenoid (empty bracket under manifold) you'll need one if you want secondaries to work...

the last picture that you have with the fuel pressure regulator, there should be a vacuum hose connected from the fuel pressure regulator to the vacuum port at the back of the intake manifold where you circled.

one more thing, i did a gsr swap on my eg before, and the thing with the intake manifold on the gsr motor when doing a swap to your eg is, is that you can eliminate the butterfly plate that sits in between the runner ports and the back dome of the intake manifold. you won't be needing it, especially if your gonna be running a programmed p28 ecu,or even just a p28.

Before going through all that trouble, I'd just swap to a different IM and get some actual gains... without different cams it's still gonna fall on it's ***

after the Y to the IAB vacuum canister...

Depends on the ecu. If its obd1 no, if its obd2 you might for the evap crap.

rather than continuing to bump the thread, why don't you tell us what cel you've got and we'll tell you if one of those vacuum lines could cause it...
not hooking up the coolant lines won't result in a cel....just an assload of coolant all over your driveway...
