alrigth confused, andneed help NOW! obd2 -0bd1 jumper harness
we'll thieves stole my ecu along w/jumper harness out of my 99 civic hatch. I need to buya new jumper harness and I'm nt sure whichone...
I know obd2b is 99-00 civic, but the motor in the car is a 99 integra type-r, and its engine harness was used. So which do I buy obd2a or obd2b jumper?

does the dash harness have the ecu plugs or the engine harness? I don't think the previous owner re-did the whoel dash harness aswell... so would this be obd2b?

well, it's tough for anyone to answer, based on your info.
Here it is, plain and simple: if the dash harness is the stock '99 civic harness, then you'll need the OBD2b adapter.

well, the ITR engine harness WILL plug into the stock civic harness.... so, if I was doing this swap at my shop, I wouldn't go to the trouble of changing out the dash harness. I'd bet solid money that the dash harness is still stock, and that you'll need the OBD2b adapter. (as far as the GSR cluster, it's still easier to swap out the teg plugs into the civic harness, then it is to swap out the harness.... so I still say that it's prolly the civic harness)
