"whistling" sound from intake at certain throttle positions
its a Stock B16a2 from a 2000 SI i'm using the intake piping from the SI but i'm using the intake filter box from my 98 HX ( i couldn't get hold of a SI filter box).
It looks about the same though. When i rev at a certain position, the intake will have a whistling sound. when i rev very little, the sound isnt there. when i rev higher, the sound isnt there.. only at a certain position does it come on.
anyone experience this? any fix?
( don't say get a CAI )

You'd notice that sound even more with an intake system. I get it too (99si w/ AEM CAI). Normal.

If you drive with your radio on at volume "2" you most likely won't be able to hear it. Maybe an exageration...
