Icon4 2016 Civic Snow driving issue!!!

I was driving to work before the snow plows could clear a few inches of slush and snow... the plastic under skin on the car acts like a shovel... it forced so much snow in and around the tires that it got crammed behind my wheel wells and forcing them into the tires!!! this is a factory flaw and the dealership is saying a couple "clips" broke around the wheel well allowing it to happen and that in fact the snow had no effect on the car and im the only one this has happened to...

Has anyone else driven through deeepish snow or slush yet? i could hear the bottom skin going through the snow... I have a couple pics but nothing really useful...
