Re: So my car got towed...
I never accused him of remembering wrong. I said maybe he did. It happens.
I'm sick of arguing with you. I've certainly helped more than you have in this thread, and in this forum in general no matter how long you've been here. The only thing you've done in this thread is argue with me. At least I gave some insight. The least you could have done was give some info before going off on an unhelpful rant about what you'd do if you ever found someone in your car.
Sure, I can be a smartass joker, but that's because I can laugh at myself and I couldn't care less what people on the internet think of me.
As far as I'm concerned, this beef is squashed.

All I did was say what I felt. I didn't know how they did it so I couldn't answer his question. So yeah you gave some insight in this thread. And I'm not challenging you on how many people either of us have helped. I've seen some of your posts. And if you were to look at mine, aside from the market place threads, my only intention is to be helpful and make friends. I can be a smartass too, and don't care what people on the internet care either. It just bothers me when people think they know me. I have no reason to lie to you or make up stories.
And yes, it is over.

Re: So my car got towed...
And I'm just wondering...how did they tow truck driver dismantle my e-brake? I was parked on a slight decline, and had the e-brake fully engaged. I was backed into the spot, so I am not so worried about my alignment/differential being messed up, but I am curious as to how when I picked up my car, the e-brake was fully disengaged. The e-brake lever was engaged when I parked the car.
Can the e-brake lever be controlled from outside of the car? I can understand the e-brake being disengaed from the back wheels, but can they really control the lever inside the car as well?
