hey i no the all so common i/h/e doesnt give but about 5 hp if i only did intake and exhaust how much if any is the diff gonna be between that and adding the header??? and another quick question the lil plastic black peice on top of the motor that says honda can u paint that with just normal spray paint or do u need some kind of high temp paint??

 

You'll need etching primer, and some paint designed for plastic, for the Spark Plug cover.

And, why does it matter how much your intake, header, and exhaust produce? If it all adds up to 5 whp, you won't notice a difference regardless.

 

matt's right - again. no hp gains will be noticeable to a typical driver unless the gains are over 10HP (at the wheels)
