Default Header paint

I was wondering if anybody here has ever painted their header.

I was also wondering how hot they get so i know what kind of paint to get, would 500 degree resistant paint suffice, or will i need to go with the 1200 degree paint??

Thanks!!!!!

No matter what temp paint you use, it will eventually burn off. If you want it a different color, have it coated by JetHot, HPC, or another coating company.

TTT How can i find out where to get it coated??

Also, about how much would it cost??

And if my header comes with ceramic coating already, could I just paint it instead of having it ceramic coated again??
