Why order a kit and overpay?
Buy a roll of hardline (ebay)
Compression an fittings, bulkhead fittings, any fittings you need (dirt cheap on ebay)
A tubing bender (local autoparts store)
And any 3an braided lines you need you can find cheal on ebay from nascar surplus
I have less then 200 dollars in supplies and I have everything I need to run new hardlines to all 4 corners and braided lines to the calipers. Not to mention the lines from the masters but I'm using a reverse hanging pedal assembly that places all three master cylinders inside the car (clutch and one master for the front and rear brakes, no oem proportioning valve)

Thats the way to do it
If you need any help with ideas for where and how to run line, Im more than happy to give you advice.. I've done a lot of hardline on various cars from brakes, to the clutch, even fuel systems

Well I might have to get some line routing guidance when I get my purple pipe-dream project back in a few weeks.

I need to figure out how to run the clutch line, I currently have an SS braided line but it's snaked all over the place.

well when you get ready to do it, pm me. It all depends on chassis, master cylinder(s) (I personally ditch the stock units but thats me) and how you want it to work
I can draw up a diagram for any brake system configuration and show you the best way to route lines

I did a lil photo chopping and this is where im thinking of routing the lines from the master cylinder (red dots), is there a better spot I can bring them in through?

How do you guys clean the yellowing reservoirs?
Heard one could use a bleach and water mixture, to bring back the white color of the reservoirs. Any truth in that?

very clean cars
the covers yellow as a result of the brake fluid breaking down the plastic, as well as U.V. exposure, heat, and age
You can try it but you'll never get it back to 100% new. You can always buy the reservoirs or hit up a pull-a-part type junkyard
as to the brake line question, give me a detailed shot of that immediate area around the master you are considering and I'll go from there... Where are you planning to put the oem proportioning valve? Also, will you be turbocharging your k series at any time? if so that line location will be very close to the manifold (if you run a typical sidewinder) and could be exposed to heat which could prematurely break down the fluid and cause it to boil in the line
so get me good up close pic and I'll go from there. And I'm guessing you're intent on saving the booster?

I haven't posted in here a months. Cleaned things up a bit when this photo was taken (back in August) and added a custom torque damper which is hard to see, but it's connected to the driver side motor mount. Will soon be putting my turbo parts on so this is most likely the last shot of it as an n/a car
