I think you guys may know the solution to this -

My main fuse box harness going into the cabin has a torn boot (the big oblong one) is there any way to replace this without ripping the harness apart?

I'd slice the boot down the side and put it over then use some gorilla glue or something to glue it back together so its one piece again. just my idea.

Others may disagree, but I depinned all cut wires from the plug, and plugged it back in. As for the wires running through out your harness, I left mine, unless they had an open tip. Then I cut them down and shrink tubed the ends.

which is exactly why i get on h-t once a week now...the only decent thread gets cluttered with a bunch of random bullshit. can a mod remove all of that? it adds 0 to the thread and pisses me off.

what do you mean? do you just want ideas of items that you can powdercoat? you really can do anything. brackets, valve cover, subframes, suspension pieces, radiator stay, a/c stay, hood prop, hood hinges, most of the brackets and stuff connected to your intake manifold, the intake manifold itself. just take a look at the part, decide what its going to look like powdercoated and go from there.
