I don't understand.
Wow that is a nice looking teg you've got there. My one good friend used the same set of DZs for 4 years on his integra, and I had them on mine a year before my ksports. Neither of us had a problem with them, though we both thought if they were stiffer, we would have been happier with them.
I've heard the dropzone struts last due to having a shortened shaft, but I haven't heard they ride great. How does your ride?

I have a set lying around at home. i have been tempted to throw them on my beater del Sol just because i hate stock ride height, but then again i have to remember its my beater, not my project car (which is on Ksports)

I didn't know this Thread existed until now...
Maybe I am crazy, but I see something very wrong in coilovers that cost about as much as 3 movie tickets

haha, WRONG
I guarantee you that any person that owns authentic wheels is definately NOT butt-hurt because of the cost of their wheels
I will go as far to say that these people you refer to would chose ONE set of authentic wheels over 4 sets of Rotas. It's not cost, it's quality.

I bought some groundcontrols off ebay acouple years ago if that counts.
I have rotas and I have some volks. Weight difference is astonishing and quality.

I believe it was Ground Controls over GSR shocks, could go lower in the back, and about an inch more up front. Ride was pretty nice for what it was, it would get bouncy on very rough roads but holds up well.
Other than that, it was smooth.
o God, lol...Monroe struts on no name slip overs from K2motor.com (like 40dollerholler)...callers were taken out in the rear to get lower....i even had skunk2 camberkit in the frnt....turned on a dime yet could get bouncy at times...damn i miss it though, i was all about it...goodtimes..lol, RIP.

RIP.

dropzone coils and agx shocks i got for free

then sitting on GCs and agx shocks

same dropzone coils on brand new AGX shocks, love the ride (500f/450r) but hate how the rear wont drop any lower (dropped all the way down)... (front has also been lowered since).

agreed fully they dont drop the rear for ****...

Still have my maxspeed coilovers upfront on my civic though now I have a pair of ground controls in the back since the springs are softer than what I had before, but still "slamable" stiff-wise. The Maxspeeds are stamped 2001 @ 580 in/lb spring rates. Amazed they are still holding up!
The beat AGXs I rode on for two years were getting a bit sloppy, so I trashed them and upgraded to some Koni Sports (yellows). WOW the ride is SO much better now!
Riding on them slammed with some home-made upper strut mounts and I must say the ladies don't complain so much.
Decent ride and slammed. NICE.
