recently my 03 honda accord is changing gears more roughly. It takes about few second to change gear and it consuming more fuel..

Could anyone tell me the problem...

First thing to check is your transmission fluid. Is the level within recommedations per manual? If fluid level is ok, how about the color? If it looks brown or "burnt" then replace the fluid. If you have to replace the fluid might as well replace the filter.
