Default Reconfiguring Keyless Entry

I just recently replaced my master window switch (drivers side) because the previous switch for the passenger side window broke off. Everything has been reconnected such as the side mirror wires, and the group of wires that connects to the rest of the console. Everything works fine. Now the problem is, my keyless entry isn't responding to the new master window switch. Do any of you guys know how to fix this problem? The Keyless entry did however worked on the previous master window switch, about 5minutes before the new one was installed

Default Programming remotes for keyless entry.

You replaced the drivers multiplex control unit which also houses the keyless entry.
Turn the ignition to on
push a remote button
turn the ignition switch off
repeat
repeat
repeat until you hear the door locks cycle, push a button on every remote you want to program ending with the one you pressed first
turn key off
Programming complete

(this procedure applies to just about every Honda)
