Default Low fuel pressure 03 accord v6

I have a 03 accord v6 my car is running with 11 psi of fuel pressure I replaced the pump and regulator and I'm still at 11 psi with no schrader valve the only way I was able to set my gauge up was disconnecting the quick connect right before the fuel rail and putting a t in...I don't know if this will give an accurate reading but I checked voltage and there are no issues there I can't seem to understand why fuel pressure is still at 11 psi if anyone has a different way I can go about testing pressure or what else can be causing low fuel pressure besides a bad pump or faulty regulator I would really appreciate it

Hello there, if you have a new pump and new regulator, then you probably have an injector that is stuck open and just pouring gas out somewhere like into your engine. Since you have teed in to your fuel system (which by the way is a GREAT way to do it) , you can easily diagnose your problem. Get some pliers and with the fuel pump ON, pinch off the hose that goes from your "tee" out to the engine to verify that the new pump can actually get pressure. If after squeezing the pliers and pinching that hose off the pressure goes up to normal levels(like 40 or 50 psi) then the leak is after that hose between the tee and the injectors. If the pressure still does not rise after pinching off this hose then check for any external leaks (im sure you already did) and if none then time to see about yet another fuel pump. hope this helps
