I would refer to the maint schedule in the book and start working through the list.
Timing belt would be one of the items at the top of my list.

Yes, go to the owners manual.
Here is what I do for my 07 4cyl.
Every 5k - Oil & Filter change + Rotate tires
Every 30k - Transmission fluid, Cabin and Engine filter change.
100k - Spark plugs, Coolant change. You could also change the steering fluid and brake fluid here.
V6 may have timing belt so that will need to be done at 100k or 120k
There are other things like fuel injectors and fuel system clean
