Default Can I remove the Midpipe cat and not throw a CEL?

just wondering if i can do a J pipe back exhaust running a testpipe with out throwing a code since there are 2 other Cats and the midpipe cat has no sensors? on a 03 accord v6 coupe MT

Not without doing extra work to "trick" the ECU......

There are NO sensors behind the precats, so you can replace EVERYTHING from the J-Pipe back without throwing cels. Just put on the XLR8 V2 J-Pipe yesterday that eliminates the 3rd cat, no Cel.
