Water getting into my doors
Need some help...
The other day one of my door speakers stopped working. I was like "wtf", so I opened up my door. I took off the panel and found like 3 inches of water in my door completely soaking my infinity crossover and water all over the backside of my speaker.
I went to two dealers to compare prices on the weather stripping part of the window. The Chrome piece that goes along the bottom of the window, it starts from the front of the door under the side view mirror all the way to the back of the door. They want to charge me $180 for both of them.
I asked both service guys for the parts number and they both game me different ones.
336642
And
72450.sm2.003
Not sure about them
If anybody can help me out with some advice about what else I can do to protect my speakers in my doors.
And if anybody knows the actual parts number to the part I need and where to get a deal on buying them online or another place.
I drive a 93 accord coupe 2 door and live in northern VA
Thanks a lot in advanced

I believe there are drain holes in the bottom of the doors, make sure they aren't clogged with anything. Water shouldn't puddle in there like that.
